In-Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch your order.
Made-to-Order Items: These pieces are handcrafted especially for you. Please allow 5-7 business days for your piece to be meticulously crafted before it is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
A standard shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied to all orders. We provide free shipping on orders containing 2 or more pieces. The orders are processed and delivered using reputable logistics partners. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor every step of its journey.
Final Sale Policy
As our products are limited-edition, handcrafted art pieces with no sizing issues, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product for change of mind.

Damage & Replacement Process
To be eligible for a replacement for a damaged item, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the defect in the product. Once our team has verified the defect, we will arrange to have the item returned and will begin crafting your replacement piece immediately.

No. As a brand focused on artistry and craftsmanship, our pieces are "Made-to-Order." This means that the moment your order is placed, our artisans begin the intricate process of sourcing materials and handcrafting your unique piece, especially for you. To honour the same, we require 100% payment in full at the time of purchase. This ensures that your piece is reserved in our production schedule and the artisanal process can begin immediately.
